We’re sure you’ll love working with our tools, but if they don’t live up to your expectations, we’ve made our refund policy easy to navigate.
If you try up to two products that feature the G.A.R.M. Co. Product Satisfaction Guaranteed Warranty badge and they’re not quite what you hoped for, just let us know within 7 days, and we’ll refund your purchase in full—no questions asked.
Here’s what you need to know:
- You can refund a maximum of two products.
- Only products with the G.A.R.M. Co. Product Satisfaction Guaranteed Warranty badge are eligible.
- Bundles are not included unless stated otherwise. Partial refunds for bundles are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Refund requests need to be made within 7 days of purchase.
- We’ll help you resolve any technical issues. If things still don’t work out, we’re happy to issue a refund.
- Product swaps can be considered if another tool fits your needs better.
- Approved refunds may take up to 7 days to process.
- Once refunded, your license to use the product will be voided.
- Refunds are at the discretion of G.A.R.M. Co., and requests may be denied if we believe the policy is being misused.

* Due to a noticeable increase in fraudulent refund activity originating from certain regions, we have implemented stricter refund measures to protect both our customers and our business. As a result, orders placed from specific countries in and around South Asia may not qualify for direct refunds.
