We’re sure you’ll love working with our tools, but if they don’t live up to your expectations, we’ve made our refund policy easy to navigate.

If you try up to two products that feature the G.A.R.M. Co. Product Satisfaction Guaranteed Warranty badge and they’re not quite what you hoped for, just let us know within 7 days, and we’ll refund your purchase in full. No questions asked.

Here’s what you need to know:

We stand behind our tools. If something isn’t working for you, we’ll do our best to make it right.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• A maximum of two products may be refunded per customer
• Only products marked with the G.A.R.M. Co. Product Satisfaction Guaranteed Warranty badge are eligible
• Bundles are not included unless explicitly stated. Partial bundle refunds are considered case by case
• We will first help resolve any technical issues before issuing a refund
• Product swaps may be offered if another tool better fits your workflow
• Approved refunds may take up to 30 business days to process as the transaction settles through our payment processors
• Once refunded, your license to use the product is void
• Refunds are issued at the discretion of G.A.R.M. Co. and may be denied if we believe the policy is being misused
• Products purchased during sitewide sales, holiday campaigns or at discounts of 50% or more are not eligible

* Due to a noticeable increase in fraudulent refund activity originating from certain regions, we have implemented stricter refund measures to protect both our customers and our business. As a result, orders placed from specific countries in and around South Asia may not qualify for direct refunds.
In such cases, eligible refund requests may instead be converted to store credit, allowing customers to choose alternative products of equal value.

If you purchased Palm Volta and need a refund for any reason, please contact us directly through our official support channels within 7 days of purchase. We will refund the order promptly. No questions asked.

However, chargebacks filed without first contacting us will be automatically disputed.

Palm Volta has been subject to coordinated abuse resulting in significant chargeback fees that exceed the product value. To protect our business from continued fraud, we require direct communication for refunds related to this product.
