Be sure to let us know if you commonly use any other emails or if the order was placed under a different name, and we'll assist you in retrieving your downloads.

  2. What is your refund policy?

    • Our products are backed by the GARM Co. Product Satisfaction Guaranteed Warranty. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can Contact Us within a week of your purchase, and we will provide a full refund, no questions asked, as long as it meets our warranty conditions.

    • Please note: This warranty is limited to a 2-time use per customer and may not apply during our Black Week / Black Friday sale or for bundles discounted at <50% off.

    Q: Why isn't my discount code working when purchasing multiple products?

    A: At GARM Co, we offer an automatic 30% discount for purchases of four or more products. This discount is applied automatically at checkout and is not combinable with other discount codes you may have received, such as those from our newsletter.
